Our Performance
Making sure that we keep on target for our quality of service delivery, we monitor our activities through audits, inspections, self-assessments and service reviews.
We also ask others what they think about us, through quarterly surveys among people who have been in contact with the police in Dumfries and Galloway. We also maintain local links through meetings of community councils, area committees and other public forums.
The force's Professional Standards Unit deals with complaints made against the police and other aspects of our standards of service.
