Keyboard Access
The keyboard shortcut commands available within our site are shown below. These commands are designed to help users who have difficulty in using pointing devices, such as a mouse.
The methods for activating keyboard access differs between browsers. Typically, on Windows browsers you can press ALT + accesskey; on Mac browsers you can press CTRL + accesskey. If you are not familiar with the methods available on your chosen browser you should refer to the online help files it provides.
Keyboard users should also note that new windows which are opened to display non-web documents, such as PDF files, can be closed at any point by pressing the Alt + F4 keys.
